These Terms govern your access to and use of Trandle. Please read them: they include an important disclaimer about trading risk and a limitation of our liability.
Trandle (the "Service") is operated by the Trandle team from Italy ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@usetrandle.com. Full company details will be published here once incorporation is complete, and these Terms will be updated accordingly with notice.
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Whop (Whop Inc.), which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. This means Whop is the party that charges you, issues your receipt and handles payment disputes, while we provide the Service itself. Whop's own terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Trandle. One account per person.
Trandle is an analysis workspace for traders: a trading journal, a forward-only bar-replay backtester with historical market data, strategy and checklist tools, prop-challenge simulation, analytics, and optional connectors that import your closed trades from MetaTrader 4/5.
Trandle does not execute, place, modify or close any order on any account. It does not connect to your broker to trade. The MetaTrader connector we distribute reads your account's trade history and open positions and sends them to your journal; it never sends trading instructions.
If you use managed auto-sync, you give us the investor (read-only) password for your trading account. That credential lets a terminal view the account; it cannot place, modify or close a trade, and it cannot withdraw funds. Never give us a master or trading password.
We store it encrypted. Our support staff can decrypt and view it where that is necessary to operate or repair your connection — for example to re-establish a terminal after a failure. Each such access is recorded with the member of staff, the time and the account concerned. We do not use these credentials for any other purpose, and we do not share them with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the Service.
You can disconnect an account at any time from the app. Doing so deletes the stored credential and revokes the connector token for that account.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your trades, notes, screenshots, strategies and backtest sessions are and remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence necessary to host, process, back up and display that content to you and to anyone you explicitly share it with, for the purpose of operating the Service.
You can export your data as CSV at any time, and you can delete your account — and with it your content — from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and we cannot recover deleted content.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Historical market data is obtained from third-party sources (including Dukascopy and Binance) and is provided for analysis and educational purposes. It may contain gaps, errors or differences from your broker's own feed. Charts are rendered using TradingView's open-source Lightweight Charts library. We do not guarantee that historical data matches any particular broker's pricing, and it must not be used as an official record of your trading.
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure providers (including hosting, database, email and payment providers). Their availability affects ours.
We aim to keep Trandle available and improving, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events can interrupt the Service. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves.
If we permanently discontinue a paid feature that you actively use, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused prepaid period.
Features marked as beta or experimental are provided as they are, may change without notice, and should not be relied upon for decisions.
Trandle is an analysis tool. Nothing in the Service, the website or our communications is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
Backtested, simulated and historical results — including Prop Mode verdicts and any statistic shown in the app — describe the past. They do not predict, indicate or guarantee future results. Simulated trading does not involve real financial risk and does not reproduce slippage, latency, execution quality, spread widening or the psychological pressure of live trading.
Trading leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. We do not promise, imply or guarantee any profit, pass rate for any prop-firm challenge, or improvement in your results.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy of data and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data beyond our reasonable control, or for any decision you take based on the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you upload that infringes the rights of others.
The Service, its software, design, text and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your right to use the software is granted under the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which applies in particular to the MetaTrader connector you install on your own machine.
If we change these Terms in a way that materially affects you, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before that date and receive a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, which continue to apply to you. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
