This EULA covers the software: the Trandle web application and, in particular, the MetaTrader connector (TrandleSync) that you download and install on your own computer or server.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Trandle application and to install and run the MetaTrader connector on machines you own or control, solely to synchronise your own trading accounts with your own Trandle journal.
The connector (TrandleSync for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5) reads your account's trade history and open positions from your terminal and transmits them to your Trandle journal using a personal token that identifies your account.
The software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with us and our licensors. Third-party components (including TradingView's open-source Lightweight Charts library) remain subject to their own licences, and the required attributions are displayed in the application.
You are responsible for the machine on which you install the connector, for keeping your terminal and operating system secure, and for the correctness of the account you connect. If you run the connector on a rented server or virtual machine, you are responsible for that provider and its costs.
You must keep your personal token confidential. Anyone holding it could write trading records into your journal. If you believe a token has been exposed, revoke it in the app and generate a new one.
We may release updated versions of the connector. Updates are optional but recommended; older versions may stop working if the server interface changes. We will avoid breaking older versions without reason and give notice where practical.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every broker, terminal build or operating system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the installation or use of the software, including trading losses, terminal malfunction, data loss or downtime. Our total liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
This licence ends automatically if you breach it, and ends when your account is closed. On termination you must stop using the software and remove the connector from your machines. Sections on ownership, restrictions, warranty disclaimer and liability survive termination.
This EULA is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: support@usetrandle.com.
