Simulate the challenge before you pay for it.

Challenges cost real money and most fail on rules, not on strategy. Trandle's Prop Mode runs FTMO-style rules over your replay session and gives you the verdict — on data, not on hope.

How it works

Your strategy vs. the rules. May the data win.

Set the rules

Max daily loss (e.g. 5%), max total loss (10%), profit target (10%), minimum trading days — the presets match the big prop firms, or set your own.

Trade the replay

Run your strategy through any period of history — a calm quarter, the 2020 crash, a brutal ranging year. You choose the battlefield.

Watch the guardrails

Live counters show your distance from the daily-loss line and the max-drawdown line — the same pressure you'll feel in the real thing.

Get the verdict

PASS or FAIL, with the reason: which rule you broke, on which day, on which trade. Fix it here, where failing is free.

Why it matters

Challenges are a rules game. Train the rules.

A profitable strategy can still fail a challenge: one oversized loss on a news day, one revenge streak on a Friday. Prop Mode makes the rules visible while you trade, so discipline becomes muscle memory before money is on the line.

  • Presets for common two-step challenge structures
  • Daily loss resets tracked day by day, like the real thing
  • Equity-based drawdown, including floating P&L
  • Every simulated challenge saved — compare attempts over time
Challenge · 100k · Day 6 Profit target · 10% 6.5% Daily loss used · limit 5% 0.9% Max drawdown used · limit 10% 3.2%
The verdict

Pass or fail — and exactly why.

No vague scores. The report names the rule, the day and the trade. Run the same strategy through five different market regimes and see where it survives.

  • Verdict with the breaking point pinpointed
  • Stats per attempt: days used, best/worst day, rule margins
  • Trades flow into your journal like any session — one workspace
PASS · 2019 Q2 · target hit day 14 worst day −1.8% · max DD 4.1% FAIL · 2020 Q1 · daily loss, day 9 −5.2% in one session · trade #23, revenge entry PASS · 2023 Q3 · target hit day 19 after halving risk on news days — lesson applied
FAQ

Prop Mode questions.

Which prop firms' rules can I simulate?

The presets cover the common two-step structure (daily loss, max loss, profit target, minimum days) used by the major firms, and every parameter is editable — if your firm's rules differ, set them exactly.

Does passing in Trandle mean I'll pass the real challenge?

No — and be suspicious of anyone who promises that. Markets change and one historical run is not a guarantee. What Prop Mode gives you is evidence: how your strategy behaves against the rules across different market conditions, and where it tends to break. That's the homework most traders skip.

Can I journal my real challenge alongside the simulations?

Yes — add your prop account as a separate account, import from MetaTrader, and compare real vs. simulated behaviour in the same analytics.

Fail here first. It's free.

Every challenge you don't blow is money saved. Run the simulation before you write the cheque.
